In order to optimise the services of the European organisation we are looking for an:
Job description - Main responsibilities:
Repair, test and modify all types of LCD displays manufactured and factored by our company. Document
the repairs and modifications plus forward this information to our internal organization and customers.
Customer support. You will be the all important first contact for our customers, answering their telepho
ne calls and emails. As such, it is your responsibility to ensure that the customer has an excellent first
impression of our customer service. In addition, you will be responsible for logging these calls and for
troubleshooting.
Assist our sales department in customer trainings and demonstrations.
Assist with company exhibitions including occasional weekend working.
Requirements for this job:
MTS Electronics or equal level.
Excellent understanding of PC hardware, Windows 95, 98, 2000 professional and applications.
Extensive hands-on experience.
Experience in Help Desk environment with phone skills.
Fluency in Dutch and English both orally as in writing.
A mature person with good organization and communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
